- General Meeting: Time: 5:30 - 7:00 PM
February’s meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 9 from 5:30 PM until 7:00 PM in the Flight Operations Building at Moffett Field--there will not be a board meeting. The meeting has been pushed back from the first week of February to accommodate the AUVSI Program Review taking place on Monday, February 1 in Washington, DC. This chapter meeting will serve as the 2010 planning meeting and will review events and finances from 2009. We will also go over key results from the Program Review and the 2010 website move. Food will be provided, but there will not be a guest speaker.
Location: Flight Operations Building, NASA Ames, Moffett Field, Mountain View, CA 94040 Directions:
- From 101 take the Moffett Boulevard exit, turn east, and enter NASA through the North entrance. Show ID to the guard and tell him you are going to Flight Operations.
- You will not need a badge to enter. If there is any problem with entry, call Base Operations at (650) 603-9213.
- After passing through the guard gate, go to the Flight Operations building (Control Tower) near the runways. Park in the lot and buzz the front door and you will be let in. Tell the person who buzzed you in that you are here for the AUVSI meeting and then proceed to the conference room near the middle of the second floor.
